We are here to help.
Have a question, hit a snag, or want to suggest a stretch? Reach out and a real person will get back to you, usually within two business days.
When you write, it helps to include your device (iPhone and/or Apple Watch model), your iOS or watchOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
Building your session. Open Settings to choose your focus areas, session length, and weekly schedule. DeskFit builds a daily routine from those choices. Press the play button on Home to run the whole session hands-free, or tap a single stretch to start it on its own timer.
Apple Watch and iPhone. DeskFit runs on both. Your preferences, sessions, and streaks sync directly between your own devices over Apple's encrypted device-to-device channel.
Connecting Apple Health. In Settings, turn on "Sync with Apple Health" and grant access when prompted. The water you log is then saved to Health, and your daily total includes water logged in other apps. You can review or revoke access anytime in the Apple Health app or in Settings > Health. The feature is optional and the app works fully without it.
Managing or cancelling a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel, open the App Store, tap your account photo, tap Subscriptions, then select DeskFit. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
About the stretches. Every stretch in DeskFit is drawn from a published health authority (such as Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Health, and the APTA), with the source cited in the app. DeskFit is a general wellness app and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. If a movement causes pain, stop and consult a clinician.
