DeskFit Privacy Policy

Effective June 16, 2026

DeskFit is built privacy-first. Your stretch activity and the choices you make in the app live on your device, not on our servers. We do not run accounts, we do not track you, and we do not sell your data. This policy explains what that means in plain terms.

DeskFit ("the app") is provided by AcerLogic Educational Services, LLC ("AcerLogic," "we," "us"), Lake Oswego, Oregon, USA.

What stays on your device

The app stores the following locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We do not receive copies of it:

• Your stretch sessions, completions, and streaks.
• Your preferences (focus areas, session length, reminder schedule, units).
• The water you log in the app's hydration feature.

If you use DeskFit on both an iPhone and an Apple Watch, this information is synced directly between your own devices over Apple's encrypted device-to-device channel. It does not pass through any server we operate, because we do not operate one.

Apple Health

If you choose to connect DeskFit to Apple Health, the app may write the water you log to Health and read related information (for example, water you have logged in other apps) so your daily total stays accurate. Health data is governed by Apple and stays on your device under your control.

We will never sell your Health data, never use it for advertising or marketing, and never share it with third parties. We use it only to provide the feature you turned on. You can review or revoke DeskFit's Health access at any time in the Apple Health app or in Settings > Health. Health features are optional; the app works fully without them.

Information handled by others on our behalf

• Apple (subscriptions and payments). If you subscribe, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details. Apple provides us limited information such as your subscription status. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Content updates. The app periodically downloads a read-only catalogue of stretches from our static content host. As with any internet request, the host may record technical log data such as an IP address and timestamp. We do not use this to identify you, build a profile, or track you across services.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through a push server and do not transmit any information about you to us or anyone else.

What we do not do

• No user accounts and no login.
• No third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• No selling, renting, or brokering of personal data.
• No profiling or cross-app tracking.

Children

DeskFit is a general-wellness app intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your control

• Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it.
• Manage Apple Health access in the Health app at any time.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Security

Your information is kept on your device and protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and Apple's on-device encryption. Keeping data local is itself a core part of how we protect it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
